We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Intenational Training Manager to support with the expansion of the brand. This is a full-time position for a candidate with excellent communication and service skills.
The International Training Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our education programs and be managing our Training team.
You will bring your skills and knowledge to work in a modern, collaborative team environment as you help us advance the education of the brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Training department
- Create new SPA Content and Protocols to support all Channels of Distribution
- Train the Trainers and New Brand Managers
- Involved in the development of collateral communication tools
- Handle local Market and follow up (help prospection consolidation and follow on all Training, sales and Marketing needs along with Team support)
- Implement Retail Training Material used for Distributors across the world
- Create Tailored Sales Promotional tools to help support Product Launching
- Conduct Training, Press conferences and Blogger Events when on the road
- Contribute to Social media content (product and treatment)
- Support all Marketing Development and R&D vulgarization to help maximize and Harmonize Global Brand Values
- Help respond to specific/ Product based questions for website and online community
