DIOR New York 57th Street is looking for a Spa Director to join their team.
As the Spa Director, you are responsible for delivering exceptional Spa experiences, in alignment with the organization’s procedures and standards. You coordinate all aspects of the Spa’s operations, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence among the spa team, and work towards maximizing revenue. Your leadership is instrumental in ensuring top-tier service quality and effective cost management.
Responsibilities
· Supervise daily Spa operations and ensure quality standards are upheld.
· Participate in all aspects of the Spa’s operation, from clients’ arrival to departure.
· Foster strong relationships with clients, with discretion and confidentiality.
· Ensure team members receive all information and guidelines relating to clients and their experience at the Spa.
· Proactively seek client feedback to identify exactly how services can be improved.
· Ensure proper follow-up is conducted by the team with the Spa’s clients.
· Manage client complaints with care while adhering to established procedures.
· Prepare and manage budgets, ensure efficient expense management, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
· Maintains inventory levels and supervise storage and procurement processes.
· Monitor, analyse and manage key performance indicators (client satisfaction, revenue, Dior Spa Therapist satisfaction, etc.).
· Prepare revenue and expense reports.
· Manage the Spa team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
· Develop or update Spa operating procedures and ensure standards are followed consistently.
· Ensure quality of services following the protocols developed by Dior Spa.
· Ensure the spa meets all regulatory and legal requirements, including health and safety, sanitation, and licensing; and complies with all internal management processes.
· Coordinate with appropriate teams activations and events hosted by the Spa.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic directions with the Boutique Management team.
· Ensure seamless coordination between the Spa’s activities and the boutique.
· Proactively update Boutique Management on client experiences in the Spa.
· Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
· Inform Boutique Management of any issue that may arise with regard to safety or risk of accident of clients or team members.

Requirements:
· Hospitality or Beauty Therapy certification
· Minimum five years’ experience in a luxury salon or Spa business
· Spa finance skills (reporting, P&L analysis, budget reviews…)

· Genuine passion for skincare and wellness
