A Beauty Advisor is needed to join the Corner Department Store team in Paris. This role involves providing expert advice on skincare products while facilitating communication between Chinese- and French-speaking clients, ensuring smooth interactions and a consistent brand message.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Engagement
- Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism, embodying the brand’s values.
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience, tailoring the approach to each client’s needs and expectations.
Product Expertise & Sales
- Assess clients’ skincare needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable products.
- Present product benefits and features in a clear and compelling manner.
- Meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
- Promote new launches, limited editions, and special offers.
Demonstrations & Product Knowledge
- Conduct live demonstrations to showcase products effectively.
- Explain the composition, technology, and benefits of each product.
Corner Management & Presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing counter in line with brand standards.
- Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
Client Relationship & Retention
- Build lasting relationships with clients by offering follow-ups and personalized recommendations.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the team and department store staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Track sales performance and report key insights to brand managers.
- Identify opportunities for growth and suggest improvements to maximize sales.
Profile & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- CAP/BEP in Aesthetics, Cosmetics, or Perfumery (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury sector (boutique, spa, aesthetic clinic).
- Experience with an international clientele is a plus.
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Expertise in beauty diagnostics (face, body, specific needs).
- Strong sales and upselling skills with a focus on luxury service.
