The Spa Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa, pool, wellness, and fitness operations while ensuring a five-star guest experience. This role includes managing seasonal openings and closings, staff training, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee Spa, pool, and fitness areas, ensuring smooth seasonal transitions and compliance with hotel and industry standards.
- Guest Experience & Service: Provide exceptional service to guests and wellness club members, developing strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Hygiene & Safety: Conduct cleanliness and safety checks, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Booking & Data Management: Supervise the spa booking system, ensuring accurate reservations, data entry, and trend analysis for optimization.
- Financial Oversight: Handle billing, sales, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Reporting & Strategy: Generate reports on revenue, service trends, and performance metrics to improve operations.
