As a Beautician, you will provide premium skincare treatments, ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience for every client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Expert Facial & Body Treatments
- Perform high-end treatments (anti-aging, hydration, radiance, etc.) using manual techniques and aesthetic devices.
- Set up and operate advanced technologies while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
- Adapt treatments based on client diagnostics and brand protocols.
Client Consultation & Diagnosis
- Conduct thorough skin and body assessments to recommend tailored treatments.
- Guide clients on at-home skincare routines to extend treatment benefits.
Luxury Client Experience
- Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism.
- Deliver personalized, VIP-level service in an elegant setting.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance
- Ensure impeccable hygiene and disinfection of all equipment.
- Follow safety standards for aesthetic treatments.
Technology & Equipment Management
- Maintain and report issues with high-tech devices.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in skincare.
Training & Expertise
- Engage in continuous learning to master new techniques and technologies.
Client Loyalty & Retention
- Build strong relationships by tracking client progress and recommending tailored programs.
Team Collaboration & Events
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency in services.
- Participate in promotional events (workshops, VIP days, treatment demonstrations).
REQUIRED PROFILE
Qualifications & Experience
- CAP/BP in Aesthetics, with specialized training in luxury treatments and aesthetic technologies.
- 3+ years in a high-end spa, clinic, or luxury hotel.
- Experience with VIP clients is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in aesthetic devices and advanced skincare technologies.
- Mastery of manual massage techniques to complement treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin and body anatomy.
- Strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
Soft Skills & Client Relations
- Ability to deliver refined, high-end service tailored to international clientele.
- Strong communication and consultation skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for innovation.
Languages & Cultural Sensitivity
- Fluent English; additional languages (Chinese, Arabic, Russian) are an asset.
