As Store Manager at Maison Galénic in Paris, the role involves overseeing the boutique’s overall management, ensuring sales targets and client satisfaction are met. A key position in developing brand awareness and embodying its values within this prestigious new Maison.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Drive sales, analyze performance (KPIs), and achieve financial objectives.
- Maintain brand visual and operational standards (merchandising, inventory, logistics).
- Train and motivate teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Luxury Skincare Service Management
- Oversee the organization of premium skincare treatments.
- Ensure a personalized, high-end client experience that meets hygiene and safety standards.
Maison Management (Influencers, Media, VIPs)
- Plan and manage exclusive events for VIPs and influencers.
- Provide luxury hospitality and ensure perfection in every space and service.
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with headquarters teams to align local and global initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and propose strategic improvements.
Client Development & Loyalty
- Build a loyal client base through personalized experiences and a VIP program.
- Maximize synergies between the boutique, clinic, and headquarters to strengthen brand recognition.
Leadership & Brand Representation
- Act as a brand ambassador for clients, VIPs, and business partners.
- Inspire teams to embody the Maison’s values and commitment to excellence.
Desired Profile
Qualifications & Education
- Degree:
- Master’s degree in business, management, or retail (business school or equivalent).
- Training or certification in luxury, retail, or hospitality is an asset.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing a retail location, ideally in luxury, fashion, beauty, or high-end hospitality.
- Proven expertise in team management, budgeting, and complex operations.
Technical Skills
- Commercial & Sales Management:
- Strong ability to analyze KPIs and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Expertise in sales techniques and upselling to maximize revenue.
